I am upgrading from the original 5D to the Canon EOS 5D Mark III 22.3 MP Full Frame CMOS Digital SLR Camera In New York. This is exactly the upgrade I was looking for. I skipped the Mark II because canon decided to retain the AF which was a constant source of frustration in anything other than broad day light.
This is a perfect upgrade for me because of the low light capability, AF, speed, customability, etc. This model corrects and improves on the feature set of the original 5D and the Canon EOS 5D Mark III 22.3 MP Full Frame CMOS Digital SLR Camera In New York. So this more of an evolutionary camera not a revolutionalry one like the D800.
